• I had to use smaller set of plugs and I had them on the wrong side (right on left and left on right). Make sure you have them set up correct and try different plugs that are included.

• Most ear buds I've tried seem to be a little big for girls and smaller people, I guess the size of the ear canal, I have a pair of on ear ones, but they don't fit into the ear, but if you adjust them tightly they stay on pretty good.
