Q: Questiondoes it work with iphones

• A:Answer It does work with iPhones, however you cannot access Siri using the inline remote. The remote controls; volume, skip forward/back, pause/play, redial last number/end call, and power (to turn the wireless headphones on/off). If you regularly use Siri to dictate text messages, give commands (such as to place a call), or to search for things, your only alternative is to hold the home button on your iPhone itself and then say the command into the remote's microphone. Annoying, and easily remedied with a software update JBL!!!

Q: QuestionI bought a pair and then took them back because the blue light never came on per the directions to show they were charged. Same thing happened with the new pair. After reading these reviews I found out that there is no blue light! Confusing!

• A:Answer Red light comes on during charging. Red light goes out when fully charged. Blue light flashes every few seconds when Bluetooth is connected.

Q: QuestionI can't seem to answer calls. If I am listening to a podcast and the phone rings, I only seem to disconnect to call not answer it. I have read the (minimal) instructions and looked on line but can't seem to find anything. Thoughts? Thanks

• A:Answer They come with a USB charger. Fully charged I finished a century ride (100 miles) while listening to my favorite tunes. Btw, that's about 6 hours

Q: QuestionHELPPP!! Yesterday, i used my JBL Reflect Mini BT while working out. Went home after. When I got home, suddenly my JBL stopped working. Thought the batter was drained so i charged it. after a few hours, still doesnt turn on. what should i do?

• A:Answer This happened to me as well. They were dead for over a month and then one day they started working again. Despite the packaging, they are NOT sweatproof. Not even close. So I think what happened was that moisture got into the remote and it takes a long time for it to dry out. Mine have stopped working again and aren't even taking a charge.

• A:Answer I had to use smaller set of plugs and I had them on the wrong side (right on left and left on right). Make sure you have them set up correct and try different plugs that are included.

• A:Answer To pair another source device, with the power off mode, press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds. This will let the the REFLECT MINI BT to put on a pairing mode again. Search Bluetooth devices from your source device and connect to the REFLECT MINI BT. Play music and enjoy.
