10/26/2019 - I was having the same problems with the JBL Reflect Contour 2 wireless ear phones purchased a month ago, They freeze during startup and wouldn’t do anything. But the Blue LED stayed on until the battery drained. Once recharged they operated normally until they froze up again. In total it happened 5 times in a month. Then they wouldn’t pair with my iPhone XS (new phone) any longer. So I took them back to Best Buy for a refund. And was informed the return policy is only good for 15 days, even on defective products, Don’t buy them until JBL corrects the defects!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just plug it back into the charger and it should cut off immediately! Be sure to charger for a bit, then take back off charger and turn it on and it should connect and light will be off.
