Hey - Yes I've had 3 pair of the BT Mini Wireless and this happened one time. I ended up discharging them one cycle, and then recharging them completely. You will have a red light while the battery is charging. The light will go out on the earbuds when they are fully charged which can take a few hours at the most from a fully depleted battery. If it is not the battery, try deleting the connections you made and try them again. It will work, or at least it should work. If it is not charging at all, then I would return it for a factory damage exchange. Best thing I added to my purchase, and all purchases, is the Geek Squad 2 year protection.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. In order to ensure that the issue is caused by a defect in the FLIP 2, try using a different USB charging cable and plug it in directly on a working power outlet using any wall adapter. You will see a solid red light at the top of the microphone indicating that it is charging. If there's none, it may have developed a fault. If this is the case, please contact the store where you purchased it for warranty options.
