A:AnswerThese work great for me, but the only exception is trying to pair and connect with my IPad. I suspect there might be an issue with the android/apple platform connectivity. The buds pair perfectly with my samsung phone as soon as I open the case to put an earbud in. They automatically connect to each other. The process to get the buds paired with my Ipad was not seamless. I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over until it finally worked. Later, I went to use the buds again with my ipad, and though the bud showed up in the list of bluetooth items, it took forever to get them connected to each other. Maybe it's just me. But that's been my experience.
