Can I pair it with a Samsung TV and Bose sound bar null

there are some TV's that the JBL Xtreme 4 will pair with via bluetooth, but for a sound bar, i seriously doubt it.

You may encounter audio-video delays when you're using it with video content since this speaker doesn't have an aptX HD low-latency codec.This is also not compatible with soundbar.
