POssible Bad battery, look online for reset instructions. If it does not work, exchange it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! You could try resetting the JBL Xtreme by turning the speaker on, then press and hold the VOL+ and Pause/Play buttons for 5-6 seconds.
