• Yes, I use mineral cat litter, and the low-suction mode can pick them up with no problem at all. The green light also makes the litter on the floor very visible, which is really convenient for cleaning. I haven’t tried other large granule litters, but during my using, the low-suction mode can also pick up pieces of spilled cat food, so I think it should handle most cases just fine.

• It can pick up cat litter even on the lowest power setting (unless it's particularly heavy or large)
