We had the same issue and just returned them and purchased a different pair elsewhere. This manufacturer does not deserve your business.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same problem with mine. This I learned that it sometimes work and connects automatically to one at a time. My right often connect with no problem so I tried my left and it didn’t. So I would take my left out and then turn my Bluetooth connect off on my phone and turn it back on and it works every time. If you have an iPhone just go to forget this device and allow your phone to find the JLab Go Air again and reconnect it. It always work for me. Good luck!
