“I have the navy/black version. It has been not connecting to the Stylo 6 Bluetooth . What's the issue ? Both ear bud battery are full.”

• The only time I have had that problem is when they are paired with another device already. When you first place them in your ear, if it says device is connected, then you should check to see if another device is the one connected to it and un-pair that and all other devices first. Mind you that this is only one situation to consider.
