“hey i use these running , and love them but half the time they will not charge? The left side does 100% of the time but the right wont, without the right they are useless they are only 7 months old how do I go about getting this fixed?”

• If you purchased the Best Buy protection plan, just take it to a Best Buy store; if not, You can contact the manufacturer, they have a one year warranty. Most likely they will replace it with a new one.
