Replace into case and let die completely. When charged it should come back

Please try again later.If you recently just purchased it, it may need to be charged by leaving both earphones in the charging case(closed) and plugging into a power outlet. Regarding the manual's guide, open the case lid, but don't remove the earphones yet. Tap each earphone 4 times and they should blink blue 4 times right after. That resets them both, which then you take out and hold down for 3 seconds to power them up and they should reconnect with each other. This didn't work for mine so I immediately exchanged it at the store. The holiday exchange time is 3 months if you bought it since November 2019.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You want to make sure both both are on and paired since they are separate items. I would turn the other off and start over with pairing. You will have to select each one to turn it on.
