I called customer service and they advised there were I think it is 4 different sizes on the bottom of the black box it comes in. I needed the smaller ones of the 4 sizes. Customer service said if it did not work to call them back. Great customer service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had trouble with the earbuds staying in but on bottom of case there are different sizes of buds - maybe 4 different kinds. I went with the smaller ones and they fit perfect. I had originally called because I could not find the different size buds. They told me if it did not work to call them back and they would have ones for me! Such good customer service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried using the additional rubber tips in the original packaging? They vary in size and could possibly fit you better. The outer rubber rings they also provide adds extra resistance for the fitting on your outer ear. Hope this helps.
