1st, disconnect so it doesn't connect automatically again. 2nd, put the earbuds inside and leave the charger case opened. 3rd, press one earpiece 4 times quickly and you'll see a blinking blue light. 4th, Repeat the other earbuds; press earbuds quickly 4 times quickly until a blinking blue light shows. Does not matter what side you do first. 5th, take both earpieces out and keep then from a far 2 inches and they should pair together. 6th, the L earpieces should be a solid white light and the R should be blue/white before connecting again to Bluetooth if you did it right. If the L is still blinking, just repeat steps 2-5 again. 

Last if it didn't work or you did something wrong, just repeat the whole process again as I had the same problem and it automatically fixed my problem. P.s I've read the manual that I had in my box- Troubleshooting section. https://www.jlabaudio.com/pages/manuals your's in the JBUDS Air v2 if your wondering.

The left JLAB Executive Air earbud will only blink blue one long blink followed by 3 medium length blue blinks compared to the 4 rapid blue blinks of the right ear bud when trying to pair the earbuds to one another.

The right earbud works just fine every time, and I can pair it to my mobile phone with it working just fine... just noooo luck in all of these posts and videos getting the left ear bud to work at all.

Again: the left ear bud blinks one-long-blue-blink followed immediately by 3 medium-length-blue-blinks with no other results. The case will not illuminate a blue light in front of the left ear bud while the right ear bud illuminates a blue light in front of it. 

Three white lights on the case properly indicate a full charge.

Don’t get excited. I do not have the full answer yet. But here’s an idea. 

My lights weren’t corresponding with any of the suggested methods. Like at all. Upon frustration I held the stem of the non working bud down into the fully charged case. The lights changed (yay) up until I gave up holding it in. Because who wants to sit there and hold an earbud in the case until it fully charges? Not me. Anywho. 

I figured this nonsense might be a charging plate issue. So what I did was remove ANYTHING that would act as a buffer (for charging). I took off the ear cushion ring thingy. And I even took off the ear tips. I basically stripped the earbud of its....’dressing’ (if you will). Placed the jammies back into the charging case and now the lights are doing what they are supposed to do. 

I will wait until the non-working bud finally gets a charge (or at least responds) then give an update. But try stripping the earbud so it can sit snuggly inside the charging case.

Okay, so after a couple of hours trying everything I could find to fix it, I gave up, then tried it one more time: 

 * First, I turned off & forgot all Bluetooth it connected to.
 * I took off both earpieces & cushions, let it set in the charging base for a couple minutes, tapped each 7 times, right then left, then let it set for 10 seconds. 
 * Bluetooth still off, take the earbuds out of the case [mine were still blinking separately from each other]. I held both buttons for 10 seconds & they blink off. 
 * Tap them again to flash them on, then tap 3 times & hold until they both flash, & they should both be flashing blue & white, then they start blinking white more in sync, until they're paired to each other. 
 * Turn on Bluetooth, & they should both connect when you pair it to your device.

Mine seems to be the older version (v1?), because I bought it 3 years ago and the press 4 times method didn't do anything.
But, the left ear bud worked after I followed the steps described in this youtube video -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQBFC9kKaAg
Basically:
1. Turn off/disable all bluetooth devices
2. Turn off both earbuds (hold button for 3-5s)
3. Press both eardbuds, hold for more than 10s. I think I hold mine for 15-20s. Both eardbuds will turn on (they'll say "hello"), but keep pressing the button for another 15s, and they'll blink blue-white whatever.
4. You'd know the left ear bud has paired if the left ear bud light stays on with white color.
5. Enable bluetooth device and reconnect.

Nothing works to sync both jlab go air pop (MOST STUPID NAME JLAB!)  
No sound will play simultaneously from both earbuds, not matter. I bought approx 6 mins ago. 
I've spent hours reading and trying to do all that was recommendations, still only plays from one side or other side
I DON'T recommend these worthless piece of earbuds.....I replaced with better SKULLCANDY that sound better, for same price!  Why? Because jlab can't give appropriate technical advice on a product that doesn't work correctly, instead they recommend pressing each earbud down seven times to reset, sorry to tell you dudes it didn't fix the problem!

My fix for this was to always take the left ear bud out of the case first, then take the right ear bud out. This gives the left ear bud a head start on connecting so it connects first, then the right one connects. The left one just seems to want to be first is all.

Those "buttons" don't even budge... But they acknowledge the taps...so when they tell you to sit there and tap 7 times you tap 7 times with faith knowing nothing budged but the commands were received.

**See note below first** I bought mine in May '22, this just happened to me recently.  According to the manual, with the lid open and both buds in the case, press rapidly 7x on one and you should see a blue light blink 3x, repeat for the next.  Once that's done, close the case and let it sit for 10 seconds, then open it and pull the buds out.  They should pair with each other showing a blue/white blinking light on one and a solid light on the other, then pair them to your device.

**Note: I "forgot" them on my Bluetooth prior to starting this process so it was like doing it straight out of the package.  I also let the buds sit outside the case until they turned themselves off prior to placing them back in and starting this process

My JLab Audio JBud Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds (say that ten times fast) were having issues connecting—the left ear bud cut out abruptly during a workout and from that point onward would not play anything. Tried everything on this thread & other sites with no luck. It would blink one longer blue blink, followed by 3 short blue blinks, and then nothing. 

I believe this blink sequence actually denotes low battery (despite the earbuds saying “battery full” when you take them out of the case). Try cleaning off the resting pad & ensuring all obstructions are removed that could prevent the earbud from connecting to the charger. 

Another odd thing to try: put the left earbud onto the right earbud charger. You have to spin it to fit, but it is the same shape so it will if you gently press it. It won’t charge there, but once I placed it there *and then put it back on the correct left charger,* it began charging again. I’m sure an electrical engineer can explain that this has something to do with polarity—all I know is that it worked and my left earbud is now charging with a solid blue light.

Not sure how/why but this worked: Reverse the order in which you turn the buds on. Leave right ear bud turned off. Turn on the left ear bud by pressing for a few seconds until the lights alternate between white/blue. Attempt to pair it with your device (it will fail, but that is okay). Turn on the right ear bud, attempt to pair with device again. Both ear buds should work. Good luck!

So. After working on it all day I finally found the solution. So if the left one won't sync, you have to get a wire (paperclip) whatever works for you. Bend it in half and touch both charging faces on the earbud basically shorting itself out, then the light goes back to white and it will sync again!

This is from the manual and worked for me!

Reset
When the earphones are turned off (if the 
earphones are turned on, please turn off the 
earphones refer to page 11 of the manual), 
press and hold the touch area for about 10 
seconds. Be sure to release when the red light 
is on, and the earphone will be reset.
After the headphones are placed in the 
charging box, it will be automatically turned on 
after being taken out again,

ok look I found the fix to anyone else who comes on here and tries all this stuff and it STILL don't work. Once you put them in the case and you do the press 4 times on each one crap and then reconnect them to your phone and one is STILL not working....which ever one is not working just leave it in and push the button on it 3 times quickly. If your other earpiece that is working changes the EQ, then you know this head phone is working. Now, press then non working head phone 2 times quickly....TADA now its working again!!! Your welcome. I beat my head in the wall til i figured this out.

It is very simple to reconnect the wireless ear buds plus if one side of the earbud is not working either its left or right.
Follow my guides
1,Make sure your case is fully charged.
2.make sure your earbuds should be disconnected from bluetooth.
3.bring out the working earpod and left the disconnected earbud in.
4.bring out and put back the disconnected earbud and make sure the light should be red in the case not green or any color.
5.leave it upto 30 minutes in the red light.
6.Make sure case should be open until fully chargef,not close.
7.After 30 min reconnect it with your phone.
8.it will start working.Its only charging issue.

If the right earbud is working but no sound is coming out of the left, you often just need to make sure the two earbuds are paired to each other. Follow these steps or watch the video below.

1. When earbuds are off, press and hold 15+ seconds on the RIGHT earbud button. While holding, earbud will flash blue and white.Release when earbud flashes white.

2. Repeat process with LEFT earbud: Press and hold 15+ seconds on earbud button. Release when earbud flashes white.Once earbuds connect, the right earbud will flash blue and white indicating it is ready to connect to Bluetooth.

3. Now you are ready to connect to your Bluetooth device.

The problem is that the right bud is trying to connect instead of pairing.

I had the same problem only after a week of my purchase. This is a charging issue according to the company which I called. The product is just CHEAP. Return them to Best Buy if your still within the 14 day return policy. Otherwise call the company to resolve your charging issue and they may send you another pair. My opinion, its just a cheap product.

I have included the best step by step directions for your review: We’re sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your earbuds not connecting. Please find the steps below on how to get them pairing back together.
1.      Remove the connection from your device (then turn off your Bluetooth)
2.      Turn both earbuds off
3.      Press and hold the power button on your right earbuds for 10-15 seconds. You will see a series of indicator lights which will include a blue/white alternating lights. Continue holding the power button until you see only a fast blinking white light.
4.      Repeat the same process with your left earbud.
5.      Both earbuds will blink only white while they search for each other.
6.      Once pairing together, the left ear will show a solid white light. The right light will start blinking blue/white indicating it is looking for a device to connect to.
7.      On you device under your Bluetooth settings there should be a new connecting: JLab JBuds Air.
