When I bought mine it paired right away with my phone. A precious pair stopped working after a year (of course after the warranty). Hopes this answers your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure when you turn them on the first time- hold down the middle button on the headphones until it flashes slowly. The color is more of a purple and blue it will flash but slowly. After they connect for the first time- if you put them in your ears you will hear a voice say they are turned on and connected
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I charged mine before using them, also I have To hold down the middle button for about three seconds which is between the plus and minus volume control buttons. Hope that helps.

Please try again later.I think you need to charge them first, then try connecting them, its possible you might have to delete your bluetooth devices from your phone first, then try adding it again. Always make sure your phones bluetooth is on first before you turn on your headphones. Then just follow instructions to add headphones.
