I would check the following, first to make sure that the headset is fully charged. The next thing will be to see if the phone will recognize the headphone, in the past I have come across where I would need to turn off the phone and re start it and then the item would appeared being recognize by the phone. These headsets are easy to pair just push down on the button and one can hear READY TO PAIR then look at the phone and if does pair it will tell you that you are paired.
