- Answer Hi Renee, Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until you see a red and blue flashing light. Don't release the power button when you see a blue flashing light, wait until you see the red and blue flashing light. When you see the red and blue you can release the power button and if you go into your phone's Bluetooth settings it should show up as JLab Neon BT. - Answer Yes press the power button once and it'll answer. There is a slight delay but it'll pick-up.

QuestionI've had these headphones for nearly two months and just today the right ear piece started going in and out (dead and then full volume and then dead again). Is there some way to reset them or are they defective?

QuestionThe word 'neon' leads me to believe it has a constant neon light ring when in use. I didn't see that asked or answered here. Am I right about the ring or light? I wouldn't want that.

Questionheadphones will not connect to Samsung phone tried the same way I did when hooking up desk speaker would not pair.

- Answer I would check the following, first to make sure that the headset is fully charged. The next thing will be to see if the phone will recognize the headphone, in the past I have come across where I would need to turn off the phone and re start it and then the item would appeared being recognize by the phone. These headsets are easy to pair just push down on the button and one can hear READY TO PAIR then look at the phone and if does pair it will tell you that you are paired.

- Answer Press and hold the power button until the light alternately flashes blue and red (pairing mode). Immediately go to your phones bluetooth settings and you should see the “JLab Neon BT” then press connect. It should pair automatically. I hope that helps. Good luck!

QuestionMy New, Fresh out of the box Neon Headphones arent cycling through the three modes for bass, normal, and Jlab mode. It's only playing the two beeps. Is this a malfunction or am I just using it wrong?
