Does this headset work well for a call center null

Mine doesn’t. A week after getting it, the call comes through with a very loud buzzing and crackling sound on my end and even worse and louder on the other persons end. Can’t use them with the phone most of the time because of this. 90% of the time this is the issue.

Hi, if you are planning to use the headphones strictly for work for the most part I would suggest to look into our work model line. These have better features more tailored to taking and answering calls in a work setting. I personally would suggest the Go Work Headset although the Studio Pro ANC will work just fine as well.
