These are compatible with the switch lite as a wireless controller. Yes joycons can be paired with different consoles, you can switch what console it is paired to, and left and right controllers can be mixed and matched. Although a single joycon is fairly unoptimal for most games, you can have each joycon be it's own controller (IE one pair can be two controllers).
