Will this bracket fit a Sony KDL 40r450 null

Your TV has a VESA pattern of 200x100. The PS200 is only intended to be used with TV's that have square VESA patterns (bolt patterns). Our M300 can do 200x100 currently and in the future it's likely we will re-design the PS200 so that is can accommodate rectangular patterns.
