Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The installation of the mount is dependent on how the mount is connected to the back of the TV. There are many mounting screws in the box and you have to figure out which one fits your 55-inch TV. If you still have the TV shipping box, then I recommend to make a cardboard cutout of your TV dimensions. Then temporarily connect the cardboard box with duct tape to the TV mount and place onto the wall above the window. You do need to find the stud for TV mounting and that could shift your TV placement. There are installation cutouts, which may also help. You do need to do some test fits. Then secure the mount to the stud.
