“Will this mount work with an LG 75UJ6470? I want to make sure all the ports on the back of the TV are easily accessible. I also want to make sure the mount holds the TV in a stable position. Thanks!”

Luto1313, Looking at a picture of the back of the TV, it doesn't look like the ports will be covered, but it may also depend which holes on the TV arm you use, so you may have to adjust the TV up or down on the mount if they are obstructed.
