No, metal studs will not support the weight. Must be mounted to wood studs or masonry.

Metal studs are hollow and do not provide the structure necessary for our lag bolts to grip into. For this type of installation we recommend consulting a professional installer to determine if your wall is able to safely hold the weight of the mount and TV, and how to install correctly.
