Ren, Thank you for your question. I've looked up the information for your TV, it has a 400x400 VESA pattern (bolt pattern) and weighs 79lbs so it is absolutely compatible wih the PDX650. Yes, comes with various screw sizes and lengths to fit threaded openings in back of TV, rails also have adjustable holes
