“What is the largest vesa dimensions this mount will hold? I have a Sharp LC-65D64U and the mount pattern measures about 25.5" x 17.5" This converts to 647.7mm x 444.5mm which is not a standard vesa pattern.”

Jimmy, Your TV has a very unusual VESA pattern or 440x650, unfortunately none of our mounts can support that. The issue is the vertical spacing of 650mm, the largest spacing any of our mounts (The T6090) will accommodate is 600mmm.
