Shinola, The UN40KU6300FXZA has a compatible VESA pattern (bolt pattern) and is under the weight capacity of our mount. You shouldn't run into any issues with your TV and the PDX650! I'm not sure what kind of hardware your sound bar ships with but it's likely you'll need a universal sound bar bracket to attach the sound bar to the mount.
