Yes it does! Quite well actually. Mounted it in the corner and swiveled it so it is at a 45 degree angle in the corner.

Lizzy, thanks for your question. The PDX650 does swivel left and right. But the point where the arms meet the wall plate is fixed, so you can't slide the arms left and right on the plate.
