JB, This mount is fully articulating so it can extend, swivel, and tilt. The size of your TV will dictate how much it can swing before the TV hits the wall. Contact us directly using the support button on our website if you have any additional questions, thanks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when I have my TV (older Panasonic 50" plasma, and pretty heavy) fully extended, the screen is 24" from the wall. This means I can turn it approx 75 degrees perpendicular to the wall for side viewing. Probably the best wall mount I have ever seen for the money.
