“I just got this as a gift and used it once and now the frother does not work!!!”

• I recently purchased and have not had this issue. Ensure the ring is seared properly inside the frothier. I have used for coffee, lattes and cappuccino and love it. Ease of handles on both the water reservoir and frothier has been great.
