• Return Defective product to store. Too expensive to take a hit when it is a faulty product. Call customer support. They may ship you another pot free.

• Mine does the same thing. I have found it helps mine when I pour slower.

• Return to store for exchange. It should not be leaking. Ours doesn't leak. Ours is used several times daily. You have 30days to exchange.
