Keurig duo
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Had to get a new Keurig as my old one broke. I purchased this Keurig Duo, not only is my coffee coming out hot but I could also have the combo to either use a single serve or use the coffee pot for guests instead of relying on a single serve as the other Keurigs. I highly recommend this Keurig for everyday use. Also recommend getting the total tech membership for protection on any products like this.

Something for Everyone
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. For our rent house, we wanted a coffee maker that would satisfy everyone. We seem to have found it in the K-Duo Keurig. It brews a great 12-cup carafe of coffee, with auto shutoff and other good features. Also brews up a single serve K-Cup for those who prefer their own flavor. The unit is compact and sleek and looks good in our kitchen.

Really Nice Coffee Maker
||Posted .Owned for 3 months when reviewed.Very nice coffee maker. We had a ninja before this that was nice but broke after a few years. We wanted a dual coffee pot/k cup again but this time with a water reservoir so that we didn’t have to always refill the water. This one has the reservoir and is very well made.

Only 1 downfall
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This maker is amazing! The only down side is you have to turn it in, wait for it to warm up each and every time you use it. It takes a little longer than I’d like, but overall it was a great buy for my household! One other thing and it’s and OCD thing, I definitely think they should have the measurements on the other side of the coffee pot because in order to see how many cups of coffee brewed, the handle has to go under the other side of the coffee machine. I took two photos to give the example...

Awesome combo coffee maker!
||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.I bought this as a gift for my husband because he LOVES his coffee and drinks it everyday. We had a regular Keurig that he used but he wanted on his days off to be able to make a pot of coffee. We have a very small kitchen so being able to buy a coffee pot that does both the k cups and a pot of coffee was the perfect unit for us. I saw other brands and a cheaper version of this exact unit by Keurig but I’m happy I got this one. The digital display shows the time and you have the ability to make a cup or pot stronger which is great for some weaker coffees. Also this has one large water tank that feeds the individual cup side as well as the 12 cup pot side so you don’t have to refill the individual side after every cup like some other units I looked it. I saw it go on sale a few times so that made it the same price as some others units with less features so it is well worth the price! My husband loves this new coffee maker and expressed multiple times how much he has enjoyed it!

Coffee Bar Hit
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Best coffee maker! Wish I would have ordered 2!!! I bought this coffee maker for a coffee bar I was setting up at work in my office! It has become the “water cooler” of our office. Love the fact that you can make single pods or a pot. Some of the reviews I read complained of the pot dripping when pouring coffee from the carafe. They must have fixed the design because we have none of those problems. LOVE LOVE LOVE this Keurig! The coffee brews up rich and flavorful!

Q: QuestionI find it nearly impossible to pour from the carafe without coffee spilling down the side of the carafe. Is it possible that the carafe is defective?
Asked by Eddie.
- A:Answer Check your black plastic pour spout for a very thin parting line in the plastic. This raised parting line runs from the inside of the spout (where the coffee first touches the spout) to the outside rim of the carafe. This line allows the coffee to travel out of the spout and down the outside of the carafe. Using 220 grit sandpaper, gently sand the parting line smooth on the thin edge that the coffee pours over. This worked perfectly for me! Good Luck!

Q: QuestionDoes the carafe side have a heated plate to keep brewed coffee hot?
Asked by Sheree.
- A:Answer It does have a heat plate and will automatically turn off after 2 hours after brewing. Also if you want to turn it on later just press and hold the carafe button and it will turn red and the heat will turn on.

Q: QuestionDoes the kcup have its own reservoir or is it a single fill per kcup?
Asked by theZ.
- A:Answer Thank you for your question. The K-Duo has one water reservoir that is used for both the carafe and the single pod functions. We hope this helps!

Q: QuestionHow can we make 12 cups without a big coffee mess from splashing and overflowing the filter? We use the standard 8-12 cup filter and less than the maximum coffee described in the directions. The coffee is all over the place. A BIG mess.
Asked by SDulmes.
- A:Answer Thanks for your question. Please make sure you are using a flat-bottom paper filter that is compatible with a 12-cup coffee maker. We recommend using 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup. The maximum capacity for regular ground coffee is 15 tablespoons and 12 tablespoons for decaf. Exceeding this amount may cause overflow. We hope this helps but if you are still experiencing an issue, we highly recommend you reach out to our Customer Service team at 866-901-2739. They will be happy to assist you further.

Q: QuestionCan you program the carafe side to brew at a certain time?
Asked by 12345.
- A:Answer Yes. You program the carafe to brew at a specific time, and specify the amount. The only draw back is that it has to be set again the next day.

Q: Questionwhat size filter is used when brewing with the carafe?
Asked by needacupNOW.
- A:Answer It has its own permanent basket filter that CAN be cleaned, so no need for old school paper filters
Answered by JRF7jf
Q: QuestionWhat are the amount options for the keurig side? What's the largest dispensed amount? 10 oz, 12 oz, or higher?
Asked by Keurig.
- A:Answer The largest single serve size is 12 oz. Note: The reservoir holds 12 cups (that’s 8 oz. cups) of water. So if you plan on having a 12 cup pot of coffee you’ll have to fill the reservoir before you can make a single serve.

Q: QuestionIs a water filter required? It did not come with a starter kit
Asked by Shan.
- A:Answer Not required but especially here in Texas with our hard water you should use filtered water. I use a PUR pitcher to filter water and and to my Keurig
