“The duo plus with reservoir on side. I fill to capacity and select for 12 cups. It does not make 12 cups ice water stops at 6.5 cups. I have cleaned it and that is not helping. Also a few times it won't make a pot pf coffee or a k-cup either.”

The customer service told me you can only put 4 scoops of grounds and to adjust the texture of the grounds since I grind my own beans
