  • QuestionHow much water in the reservoir do you need to make 1 or 2 cups on the Keurig side?

  • QuestionWhy is it that the single serve ounce settings do not measure to be what they indicate?. I barely got 2 ounces on the 4 ounce setting. On the 12 ounce setting I only got a half of a cup

    • Answer No it only lets you select 6 cups or more, if you want less it’s single cups using the pods.

  • QuestionThe coffee maker will dispense a small amount of water on the single serve side even though the carafe selection button is depressed and the number of servings button is also depressed. This happens every time when the carafe side is used.

    • Answer The pot of coffee has 6, 8, 10 and 12 cups of coffee. So if you want to make 12 cups of coffee it can take around 8-10 minutes. Just make sure the tank of water is full before making the pot of coffee

    • Answer After you set the auto time you wish the pot to start brewing, you turn the knob to auto and you have to press the brew button. Then your pot is ready to brew at your designated time.

    • Answer Press the power button on, then press and hold down the carafe button for about 5 seconds. It will turn red and will start heating up the heating pad. It will stay hot for 2 hrs, then auto shuts off.
