A:AnswerThe pot of coffee has 6, 8, 10 and 12 cups of coffee. So if you want to make 12 cups of coffee it can take around 8-10 minutes. Just make sure the tank of water is full before making the pot of coffee
A:AnswerAfter you set the auto time you wish the pot to start brewing, you turn the knob to auto and you have to press the brew button. Then your pot is ready to brew at your designated time.
A:AnswerReturn Defective product to store. Too expensive to take a hit when it is a faulty product. Call customer support. They may ship you another pot free.
A:AnswerPress the power button on, then press and hold down the carafe button for about 5 seconds. It will turn red and will start heating up the heating pad. It will stay hot for 2 hrs, then auto shuts off.
