“I asked a similar question but guess I was not clear enough. Can I remove the reservoir for filling? I realize it can be placed on either side or the back. But, I need to know if it can be detached for filling at the faucet then returning to the machine”

The reservoir is detachable so you can fill it in the sink. The handle on it makes it pretty easy.
