Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What may sometimes happen after brewing many K-Cup pods is that some of the coffee can get in the needles (top and bottom). This can result in seeing some coffee grounds in your cup, which is normal. You can find video instructions to learn how to clean the K-Cup Holder and needles here: http://krg.bz/2uE6LMg.
