Put your finger in the area where the cord comes out and wiggle it around and you should be able to then pull it out. That's what I did and it worked. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't think the cord was more than 8" so I called Keurig and they said it was 29" I had to put my finger in where the cord goes and sure enough the cord was caught in there and it pulled out!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am so glad I read the previous comments. I went back and put my finger in the cord area and wiggled the cord and after 3 tries the cord came out. I pulled a little at a time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine Measures 29 Inches From Coffee Maker To The Plug, Fully Extended.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Based on other comments ,I’m sure the core is 29inches .I cannot for my fingered in to pull the cord out so I’m dealing with a 9imch cord . One would think that Keurig would make a retractable cord for this machine . The price of the machine warrants that. Now I have to find someone with thin fingers to pull my cord out . What a joke
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As previously mentioned, the cord gets bunched up and stuck in the hole. I stuck in my finger, but could not move it around much even though I don’t have huge fingers. Finally, I stuck in the backside of a ballpoint pen and wiggled that around, and the cord released immediately.
