“Has anybody had any problems with it not turning on...all the lights work and buttons but the inside light won't go on and the microwave won't turn on either”

Hello! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting KitchenAid® at 1(800)422-1230. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you.
