“Fridge installed 6 mos ago, tried to change the water filter & there was never a filter installed. These installation videos show some kind of cap that goes on the end of the filter to turn it. I do not have this cap and my filter will not turn. HELP!”

• I have this same problem. We do not have a water filter installation cap. I also do not use FaceBook. Any other options??
