“Since its a drawer, and you wouldnt easily see the top of the inside drawer, Is it easy to clean ? Is there enough room to put your hand inside to wipe it down?”

Plenty of room to reach in and clean. Wipes clean just like any microwave. Mine is installed in an island. You do have to crane your neck a little to see the top and wipe clean. However, I would definitely buy again. Love this microwave.
