• A:Answer Their dimensions on the installation instructions are not correct, and not converted to metric properly. 1"=2.54cm=25.4mm Therefore 22 -1/8"=56.2cm or 562mm. Funny that they would ask for an opening of 61.4cm when the overall width of the face is only 60.6cm. Dimension N+M+K (the opening height + the top and bottom overlap) are larger that the overall height of the appliance as well. Save yourself the headache and buy something besides Kitchenaid

• A:Answer Yes it is. All drawer microwaves are and then other brands such as kitchen aide, Bosch etc use different cosmetics on the outside. Many articles about this, I did my research. While they all look nice, most only have a lifespan of 3-5 years. Disappointing at this price point.

Q: QuestionThe top of the inside of the drawer has a hole and it sparked and smells like something burning. I want to know if there is a replacement plate ..The microwave is pricey and very upset about this KitchenAid purchase.
