That is the THIRD defective microwave, with the same fault! When I called costumer service, I had three conversation with three Best Buy representatives who boldly lied to me and deceive me with false promises that a supervisor will call me back to help with the defective microwave, and even backed their promises with a false case number. This kind of behavior and service is unacceptable! I won't be purchasing or working with Best Buy anymore. I have a screenshot indicating the length of all three conversation, proving that I spoke lonely with your representatives, yet none of the conversations were recorded nor noted, as if they never happened. Was made in store, a mediocracy service, and a third bad quality microwave. Shame on Best Buy and Bosch for this kind of service and products quality.

The microwave is very quiet, easy to use, and powerful. It is much faster than our previous microwave that cost three times as much. The flat front of the unit gives a clean look but it does show fingerprints. All in all, I would buy the Bosch microwave again.

I’ve gone through enough microwaves over the years to know that most of them are either too fancy for their own good or barely heat a cup of coffee. This one, thankfully, is neither. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what a microwave is supposed to do without all the extra nonsense. The buttons are big enough to see without squinting, and the display is bright but not blinding. It heats food evenly—imagine that—and I don’t have to keep putting things back in for “another 30 seconds.” Even reheated leftovers actually come out hot in the middle, which is more than I can say about my last microwave. It’s not loud, but it still gives a clear ding so I know when my food’s done. And I appreciate that it doesn’t yell at me with repeated beeps if I don’t grab my plate the second it’s finished. I have things to do. Overall, it’s a good, dependable microwave. If you want something that works every time you press the start button without acting like a spaceship control panel, this is it.
