Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This oven does not go to a plugin and it needs to be wired directly to a junction box that supports 240. Also, the length of the hookup was not as long as we had thought it would be, luckily our junction box was close enough to where it came out from along the side of the oven. Best to double check the installation manual that you can download from the website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s hardwired. In other words, no plug.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My recommendation is to download the Installation Instructions from Best Buy or KitchenAid's site and review that. It shows you a picture of what is provided with the oven and it also tells you the electrical requirements. There is no plug included with this model. I believe they intend for it to be hardwired through a junction box, as the pigtail provided is metal flexible conduit, with bare wires at the end. We had a licensed electrician install ours, so he could check the circuit wire size all the way back to the main breaker panel (old house)... we had to replace the wiring between the panel and the new oven. Ours was hardwired to an electrical junction box that was accessible, above the oven, once the oven was installed in the cabinet. I hope this helps.
