“Hello, we bought our this microwave/oven combo and did not receive an instruction manual. We need to know where to find instructions on how to use the microwave to cook like an oven. The user manual online does not give instructions. Please help!!!”

I am assuming that you want to use the convention part of the microwave. If so, just find the programming section on the microwave and press convection (mine says "easy convect"). The microwave will prompt you for the temperature you want to use to heat and also the length of time. Unfortunately, I don't know where to tell you to go to find better instructions.
