We are just using this oven for the first time and we are at the 30 minute mark of trying to preheat it and it is still not even warm. Approximately how long are your oven's taking to preheat with this model? I am thinking there is a problem with ours... null

Did you remember to press "START" on the lower oven section after selecting the temperature you want to reach? I forget sometimes!

Hello LauraS! A range or wall oven with all racks in the oven cavity will preheat to 350°F in: 12 - 15 minutes (+/- 5 minutes). We have not had that problem. It does seem to preheat a bit slower than the old oven. So far, we are pleased with the oven and microwave.
