Hello! The only difference is that model KOEC530SPS is a PrintShield™ stainless steel, and model KOEC530PSS is just Stainless Steel. Thank you for your inquiry about our KitchenAid® appliances.

From my understanding PPS model features PrintShield™ stainless steel, which is designed to resist smudges and fingerprints, while the PSS model is standard, glossy stainless steel.
