Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem and came here to find help with it. Apparently even the manufacturer didn't even answer you. Mine locks itself when I am no where around it. I have to shut down my circuit breaker to resume cooking. Getting very tired of it. Could someone (preferably manufacturer) please answer this question
