From the moment the delivery guy plugged it in, there was a flashing code. Now, considering it was just out of the box- I figured it must be a start up function—but no. There was a 40 minute hold time for kitchen aid customer service- so I did some online investigating and found that a F40 code was an electrical failure. I did as advised and switched off my breaker- I turned it off for 5 minutes. I turned it back on. It seemed to clear the error message. However, less than an hour later, it was back. I went back to Best Buy for assistance- at this time the stove I wanted was on back order—I thought since everything still turned on, I would be able to make it work for a few months until the new stove arrived. The next morning, I tried using the stove top. A few minutes into it, there was a loud POP- the whole glass top flashed red underneath and did not work. No problem, I’ll cook breakfast in the oven- turned it on....everything was working ok for a few minutes- and then error code flashed there and everything shutoff. The stove is an oversized paperweight- I had to purchase a THIRD stove as a temporary one until the one I wanted from GE Cafe becomes available- just got an email saying that one is on back order until the end of November. It started at mid October in early September.

The Kitchen Aid 6.7cu ft Range has it all! Induction Stove top, Electric center oven and Convection lower oven! Controls are easy to read and the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant! Easy to use and a breeze to clean!

The stove looks great and works wonderfully. This is our first induction stove and I am not disappointed. The only issue we had was a small dent in the top and the kitchen aid nameplate was not straight (I know it seems like a small thing but on a $3000 stove, they should get that small detail right)

Great stove - love the fast heat of the induction. Stove is easy to clean, since spills don't burn on the glass top. The double oven is great. It heats up fast.

I LOVE this induction range. It is as responsive as using gas and SO MUCH easier to clean. I wipe up spills around the pan while it is still cooking! A little annoying that the cooktop beeps until completely cooled and when anything metal is put on cooktop. Haven't figured out how to change the settings yet.

Loving the induction top! A little hard to get use to but love the instant on, instant off. Many pans I already had work but bought a few new ones. Have only used upper oven which works fine. Only 2 of us and had a previous double oven like this and always used the upper unless we had family and friends for a big dinner. So we knew we wanted the same but looking for induction top.

The only complaint is that we received a text message about 12 hours after the range was delivered and installed. This is the exact text: Best Buy Order Status: ITEM(S) CANCELED. We've canceled one or more items from order ——————-. Questions? Call 1-888-237-8289 (I removed the order number from this review.). I called the 1-888 number from the text. The first person transferred me to a second person who transferred me to a third person. I was on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes. I finally hung up with no answer. The next day I tried again. First responder transferred me to a second person who wanted to transfer me to a third person. WHOA! They said the wait time was 30 minutes. I said I only wanted to know what was cancelled! After a minute or less of research, I was told the installation was cancelled. I said it was delivered and installed yesterday. They said they would have to transfer me for more info. It was not worth it. So this text message gets 0 stars. It made no sense. Everything else about the experience and product was top rate!

Very pleased with induction cooking , fast boiling water

I wish I had bought an Induction Double Oven sooner!! It is so easy to use, I love how safe it is to use around the kids and how I can cook so many things having the double oven. I enjoy cooking again.

My husband was here and received the Kitchen Aid Range. We have thoroughly enjoyed the range and oven and look forward to using it more!! We also thought the issue brought up by other reviewers of the vent ‘noise’ and the surface ‘beeping’ if something is laid over the top of the controls, was really not a big deal to us! Looking forward to using it during the holidays!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Love the induction feature of this—water boils so quickly and it cooks great. The oven part roasts and bakes great. Like the steam feature for baking bread on the bottom oven and the smaller upper oven for pan roasting.

I love new technology, it means new pots and pans, got the double ovens, as we always had two wall ovens, one is small but useful, the other large, only drawback it very low to the ground,

There aren't that many choices on the market for induction stoves, but for the price and ease, this one is a great value. I mostly just use the top smaller oven, it's small and heats up fast. perfect for smaller dinners.

I do a lot of baking and enjoy the double oven. Also the induction makes it quicker to cook things.

Heats up fast. Love the smaller over for just two people but also having the double when I have large group.

Has too many beeps otherwise I am happy with range

Guys delivered the stove and were out the door in thirty minutes. Stove is beautiful, works great but will take time to learn how to cook with it.

Took a while to get because of supply chain issues, but works great and we love it. Takes a little time to get used to the Induction cooking and it does need special pans which you may or may not already have. Pans must allow a magnet to attach strongly to the bottom to work. But that was expected when we made the purchase.

This double oven looks great & cooks to perfection. This oven & stove has invection stove top & convection oven. It has everything you need.

This range is amazing and SO glad we paid extra for the induction .. it looks beautiful in our kitchen too
