No this does not have any setting for 1-10, it's a small push pulse grinder you can control the fineness of coffee powder by slowly pulsing the grinder.

It helps to do two or three pulse grinds in the middle of your grinding to prevent whole beans from not being ground. I had a burr grinder for years, but I actually prefer this machine.
