• No different settings, just momentary on when pressing down on the lid. For safety, taking your hand off the lid turns the grinder off.

• Hi DonFrench, The Blade Coffee Grinder does not have different settings. KitchenAid offers a Burr Coffee Grinder that allows you to adjust the settings. Please check with your local retailer for product availability.
