• all the kitchen Aid mixers are well built .. but depending on the model they all have small differences .. in my opinion.. the wattage advertised is more or less a selling feature... if you over load any one of them.. they can & will act sluggish... I'm also pretty sure that they are all built mechanically sound & sturdy... which makes them the top of the line
